The second floor is divided into two 10’ x 10’ rooms, one 10’ x 20’ room, one 20’ x 20’ room, 2 small bathrooms and an electrical room. It has the capacity to be expanded along its 90’ southern length by as much as 15-20’ into the solarium.
FIRST FLOOR - This floor has fully equiped wet and dry labs, a microbiology lab, walk in incub -ator, production room, staff room and walk in cooler as well as a large hammermill. The main building opens onto a 2,700 sq ft three story tempered glass greenhouse at three different points. The greenhouse itself is fully equipped with water and electrical outlets and soars 30 feet above the floor to the apogee of the building.
